QUEZONIAN CENTER FOR YOUTH EMPOWERMENT, NATIONAL SOLIDARITY AND ADVANCEMENT (Q.C.Y.E.N.S.A.) is a people's movement envisioned to serve as a vital catalyst in nation-building. It advocates the collective aspirations of the Filipino people for good governance, sustainability and poverty alleviation. QCYENSA promotes the virtues of the late President Manuel Luis Quezon and his Code of Citizenship and Ethics.
